Sorare NFT Wonderkid Spotlight | Weston McKennie

Welcome to my weekly Wonderkid Spotlight — Where, for you, I provide information and highlight European Football’s top Wonderkids [Emerging talented players, whose excellence in his discipline is appropriate to someone older and more experienced, who are most likely to produce positive results on the field in the present and future (Causing a rise in popularity, fan interest, and Sorare NFT Value as a result of their demonstrated prowess on the field.)] and are primed for you to direct your attention and Sorare NFT Funds towards.

Our 48th Wonderkid is the 22-year-old American star footballer who has played his way into a steady starting XI role at Juventus… Weston McKennie!

Introduction: (Source: Wiki)

Born in Texas, Weston McKennie lived in Kaiserslautern, Germany from age six to nine as his father, a United States Air Force officer, was stationed at nearby Ramstein Air Base. McKennie started playing soccer for the local club FC Phönix Otterbach in 2004, before moving back to the United States. McKennie then joined the youth system of Major League Soccer club FC Dallas for seven years from 2009 to 2016, before moving to the German club FC Schalke 04. His transfer to Schalke was the main catalyst for FC Dallas to create their reserve team, North Texas SC, which plays in USL League One.

During the 2017–18 season, McKennie cemented his place as a member of the Schalke first team at the age of 19. With Schalke, McKennie made 22+ appearances in the Bundesliga, finishing the 2017–18 season with 25 appearances in all competitions. Proving to be a valuable asset to Schalke given his versatility throughout the season, McKennie played in multiple positions in the midfield and defense for the team.

During the 2018–19 season, McKennie further increased his position with the Bundesliga club, starting 25 games for the club in both the Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal, and UEFA Champions League at the age of 20. Overall, McKennie made 33 appearances for the club and scored 2 goals in all competitions, in which he scored his first Champions League goal in a 1–0 away win over Lokomotiv Moscow.

Under new manager David Wagner, McKennie further established himself as an important part and valuable asset of the team as McKennie made a total of 28 appearances and scored three goals for Schalke in the Bundesliga, making a further four appearances in the DFB-Pokal for the club as well.

Sorare NFT News | StarkWare x Sorare

Welcome to Sorare NFT News — Where, for you, I provide a summary of recent Sorare NFT News, alongside my personal takeaways.

News:

We’re Live On Our Scaling Solution: Starkware

Summary:
  • In partnering with Starkware, Sorare have built a fantastic foundation for themselves in terms of improving the ease/quickness of future Card transfers between Sorare managers as more and more players learn of and adopt the game – This scaling solution removes the inconveniences of “‘transfer in progress’ messages or hav(ing) to worry about gas-fees and unpredictable delays” and properly prepares the platform for “millions of football fans.”
  • Sorare is soon to be releasing a new 1/1000 card scarcity.

SorareStar’s Takeaways:

Absolutely great news for Sorare here in terms of future growth for the platform.

The Company’s latest article addresses two key product points which play major factors in Sorare’s continued trajectory into the mainstream and popularity similar to that of Electronic Arts’ Fifa Ultimate Team: Ease of Use and Supply.

Ease of Use:

This point’s pretty self-explanatory: The easier the platform is to operate in and more seamless the transactions, the happier the Sorare manager. The less extra fees necessary to move cards around, the better as well.

Supply:

Adding a fourth, more common, scarcity of Sorare NFT Cards may be a point of contention for some current Sorare managers + owners of Rare, Super Rare, and Unique Cards, as it’s believed that the value of their owned Cards will begin decreasing once the 1/1000 Card group drops, as most new players will opt to purchase the cheaper, less scarce new Cards.

While it’s true that the majority of managers will direct their attention towards the new scarcity due to its naturally lower price points, consider this:

Today, one of the main gripes of incoming Sorare managers and barriers to their entry into the game is the lack of accessibility to the more popular, notable footballers due to their current pricing, causing a fairly large amount of people aware of Sorare to turn their heads from the game at the moment.

A new, more common scarcity will undoubtedly attract the attention of these managers on the fence and will, I believe, bring far more demand over time to the Sorare platform than the new supply in the long-run, and as basic economics dictates, the greater the Demand in comparison to the Supply = Greater value.

While the prices of rarer Sorare Card scarcities may drop in the short-term once this 1/1000 Card group is released, anticipate the continued rise in Sorare demand over time, as more interested parties worldwide learn and become increasingly invested in the game, to drive Sorare Card price points upwards across the board.

Conclusion:

Without a doubt, the scaling solution applied by Sorare and Starkware along with the addition of a new 1/1000 card scarcity will pay dividends for the platform’s popularity in due time. It’s two thumbs up from me. 👍👍

Watch out, FIFA.

Sorare NFT Wonderkid Spotlight | Giovanni Reyna

Welcome to my weekly Wonderkid Spotlight — Where, for you, I provide information and highlight European Football’s top Wonderkids [Emerging talented players, whose excellence in his discipline is appropriate to someone older and more experienced, who are most likely to produce positive results on the field in the present and future (Causing a rise in popularity, fan interest, and Sorare NFT Value as a result of their demonstrated prowess on the field.)] and are primed for you to direct your attention and Sorare NFT Funds towards.

Our 46th Wonderkid is the 18-year-old successor of Wonderkid Jadon Sancho and newest wearer of the No. 7 kit at Borussia Dortmund… Giovanni Reyna!

Introduction: (Source: Wiki)

The son of former Rangers, Sunderland, Manchester City, New York Red Bulls, and United States player Claudio Reyna, and Danielle Egan, a former member of the United States women’s national soccer team, Giovanni Reyna joined the academy team of his hometown club, New York City FC, in 2015. Reyna played with the City FC Academy teams until 2019, when he moved to Germany to join Borussia Dortmund’s academy.

On January 18, 2020, Reyna made his Bundesliga debut for Borussia Dortmund, entering as a substitute in the 72nd minute, in a 5–3 win against FC Augsburg. Hence, he became the youngest American, aged 17 years and 66 days, ever to appear in the Bundesliga, breaking a record previously set by Wonderkid Christian Pulisic.

On February 4, Reyna scored his first professional goal in a 3–2 defeat to Werder Bremen in the DFB-Pokal Round of 16. In doing so, he became the youngest goalscorer in German Cup history

On February 18, 2020, Reyna became the third-youngest player ever to appear in a knockout game of the UEFA Champions League when he entered as a substitute in the 67th minute against Paris Saint-Germain. Nine minutes later, Reyna set up Wonderkid Erling Haaland‘s game-winning goal for Borussia Dortmund in the first leg of the Round of 16, becoming the youngest American to play and record an assist in a Champions League fixture.

On March 31, Reyna placed 23rd on the annual NXGN list of the world’s best teenage footballers, published by Goal.

On September 14, 2020, Reyna started in a DFB-Pokal match and scored with a free kick in a 5–0 win against MSV Duisburg.

On September 19, 2020, Reyna scored his first Bundesliga goal in a 3–0 win against Borussia Mönchengladbach, aged 17 years and 311 days, to become the second-youngest American scorer in Bundesliga behind Christian Pulisic, aged 17 years and 211 days.

On October 3, 2020, in his third league appearance of the 2020–21 season, Reyna assisted 3 goals—a brace to Erling Haaland and an Emre Can header from a corner kick, to beat SC Freiburg 4–0. As a result, Reyna became the first American to record a hat trick of assists in one of the 5 major European leagues since Steve Cherundolo did it for Hannover in March 2008, and the youngest player to ever do so in the Bundesliga.

After representing the United States at several youth levels, Reyna received his first call up to the senior United States squad for matches against Wales and Panama in November 2020. On November 12, 2020, a day before his eighteenth birthday, Reyna made his senior national team debut against Wales. In the following game, a 6–2 friendly victory over Panama, Reyna started and scored his first senior goal directly from a free kick.

On December 5, Reyna scored his second Bundesliga goal against Eintracht Frankfurt, with a near-post finish just inside the 18-yard box. This goal made him the second-youngest American to score twice in the league after current Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic did so for the same club as Reyna, Borussia Dortmund.

On December 22, Reyna was voted the U.S. Soccer’s Young Male Player of the Year for 2020. On March 23, 2021, Reyna finished third behind winner Wonderkid Ansu Fati and runner-up Wonderkid Eduardo Camavinga in the annual NXGN list of the world’s best teenage footballers.

GIO REYNA WINS 2020 U.S. SOCCER YOUNG MALE PLAYER OF THE YEAR AWARD

Reyna was a second-half substitute for Dortmund in their 4–1 victory over RB Leipzig in the 2021 DFB-Pokal Final on May 13, 2021. His involvement in the match marks him as the youngest American to appear in a domestic cup final in Europe, a record previously held by his United States Men’s National Team partner Christian Pulisic.

Our 45th Wonderkid is the 22-year-old face of American Soccer… Christian Pulisic!

Introduction: (Source: Wiki)

Christian Pulisic was born in Hershey, Pennsylvania, where he spent the majority of his childhood. His parents, Kelley and Mark Pulisic, both played collegiate soccer at George Mason University and his father also played professional indoor soccer for the Harrisburg Heat in the 1990s and later became a coach at both youth and professional levels.

Pulisic lived in England for a year at the age of seven, playing for the youth team of Brackley Town. When his father was the general manager of indoor club Detroit Ignition in the mid-2000s, Pulisic lived in Michigan and played for Michigan Rush. While in Michigan, Christian attended Workman Elementary School.

After the family returned to the Hershey area, Christian grew up playing for local U.S. Soccer Development Academy club PA Classics and occasionally training with local professional club Harrisburg City Islanders, now known as Penn FC, during his teen years. In the summer of 2010, he went on a five-day trial at Chelsea’s Cobham base.

In February 2015, Borussia Dortmund signed 16-year-old Christian Pulisic and assigned him first to their U17 squad, later to the U19 during the summer of 2015. After scoring 10 and assisting 8 in just 15 games with the Dortmund youth teams, Pulisic was called to join the first team over 2015’s winter break.

In January 2016, while with the first team in the winter break, Pulisic played the second half of two friendly matches, scoring one goal and assisting another. On January 24, a day after making his debut on the first team bench, Pulisic played 90 minutes in a friendly against Union Berlin, scoring a goal and assisting another. He made his Bundesliga debut in a 2–0 win against Ingolstadt on January 30, 2016, entering as a second-half substitute for Adrián Ramos. On February 18, Pulisic made his UEFA Europa League debut as a second-half substitute in a 2–0 victory against Porto.

Pulisic made his first Bundesliga start on February 21, against Bayer Leverkusen before eventually being substituted for Marco Reus. He made his second Bundesliga start on April 10, against Schalke 04 in the Revierderby, playing 73 minutes before being replaced by İlkay Gündoğan. In response to Pulisic’s performance against Schalke, team manager Thomas Tuchel stated:

“He’s a teenager in his first year of professional football. His first two games in the starting eleven were in Leverkusen and here today in Schalke – not the easiest of tasks. It shows our huge appreciation that we see him as a full time player on our team. He was a valuable substitute against Werder Bremen and Liverpool. He has looked really good recently which has been proved today. It is completely normal that he could not have played with this pace and this intensity for over 90 minutes.”

On March 27, 2016, Pulisic was called up to the United States senior team by head coach Jürgen Klinsmann ahead of a World Cup qualifying game against Guatemala. Two days later, he made his debut in that match, a 4–0 win at the Mapfre Stadium in Columbus, Ohio, as an 81st-minute substitute for Graham Zusi. Pulisic thus became the youngest American to play in a World Cup qualifier.

Pulisic scored his first Bundesliga goal for Borussia Dortmund on April 17, opening the scoring in a 3–0 home win against Hamburg, making him the youngest non-German and fourth-youngest player to score a goal in the Bundesliga, at 17 years and 212 days old. With his goal against VfB Stuttgart on April 23, Pulisic broke another Bundesliga scoring record by becoming the youngest player to score two goals in the top-flight league. The game also marked his first yellow card in the Bundesliga, as a result of a challenge on Emiliano Insúa.

In the 2016 International Champions Cup friendly pre-season tournament, Pulisic scored in stoppage time against Manchester City to send the clubs into penalties. During his first competitive appearance in his second year with the club, Pulisic became Dortmund’s youngest player ever to play in the UEFA Champions League. The following weekend he scored his first goal of the season and provided two assists in a 6–0 victory against Darmstadt 98, one day before his 18th birthday.

In a September Champions League group stage game against Real Madrid, with Dortmund trailing 2–1, Pulisic entered as a second-half substitute and helped set up André Schürrle’s late goal, allowing Dortmund to earn a 2–2 draw. In a substitute appearance on October 22, Pulisic assisted one goal and scored the equalizer against Ingolstadt 04, who were last place at the beginning of the day, to salvage a draw, coming back from 3–1 down.

On January 23, 2017, Pulisic signed a new deal with Dortmund which would keep him at the club until 2020. On March 8, 2017, Pulisic scored his first UEFA Champions League goal in a 4–0 victory over Benfica in the round of 16, making him Dortmund’s youngest ever scorer in the competition at the age of 18 years, 5 months, and 18 days. Pulisic also assisted one of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s goals in the win, advancing Dortmund to the quarter-finals.

On August 5, 2017, Pulisic scored the first goal in the DFL-Supercup against Bayern Munich.

On November 20, 2018, Pulisic became the youngest player to captain the United States national team in a friendly defeat to Italy, at the age of 20 years and 63 days old.

Christian Pulisic ‘Honored’ As He Becomes Youngest U.S. Captain

On January 2, 2019, Pulisic signed with Premier League club Chelsea for an estimated $68 million transfer fee. The deal also saw him stay at Dortmund on loan for the remainder of the 2018–19 season. This transfer made Pulisic the most expensive American player and Borussia Dortmund’s second most expensive sale of all time, behind Ousmane Dembélé. Upon his arrival in the summer, Pulisic spoke of his desire to replicate the form shown by Eden Hazard and described the forward as a soccer idol.

On August 11, 2019, Pulisic made his Premier League debut for Chelsea in a 0–4 defeat against Manchester United. Pulisic scored his first goals for Chelsea on October 26, 2019, completing a “perfect” hat-trick in a 4–2 away win against Burnley. The hat-trick was the first of his career, and he became the second American to achieve the feat in the Premier League after Clint Dempsey for Fulham in 2012, as well as the youngest hat-trick scorer in Chelsea’s history at the age of 21 years and 38 days. Pulisic also became the first Chelsea player to score a perfect hat trick since Didier Drogba in 2010. Pulisic scored in his next two league outings, a 2–1 away victory against Watford and a 2–0 home win over Crystal Palace.

On October 23, 2019 during Champions League 2019-20 matched against Ajax, Pulisic played as a substitute where he assisted Michy Batshuayi’s late goal 1–0 win. The Belgium striker thumped home fellow substitute Pulisic’s low cross with just four minutes remaining at Johan Cruyff Arena to earn the Blues back to back away wins in the competition. Pulisic scored his first Champions League goal for Chelsea in a 2–2 draw away to Valencia on November 27.

When the Premier League fixtures resumed after the lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Pulisic had recovered from injury and came off the bench to score the equalizer in Chelsea’s 2–1 win against Aston Villa on June 21, 2020. In the following match, Pulisic scored the first goal in Chelsea’s 2–1 victory over Manchester City, a result that eliminated the second-placed City from title contention and confirmed Liverpool as Premier League champions. On July 22, Pulisic scored a goal in a 3–5 defeat to Liverpool.

On August 1, Pulisic scored the opening goal in the 2020 FA Cup Final against Arsenal after five minutes, becoming the first American player to score in the final of the competition, but was substituted early in the second half after sustaining a hamstring injury. Arsenal eventually came from behind to win the match 2–1.

In August 2020, Pulisic was named to the eight-player shortlist for the inaugural Premier League Young Player of the Season award, which was eventually awarded to Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Pulisic ended the 2019-20 season with 11 goals and 10 assists in all competitions.

Ahead of his second season at Chelsea, Pulisic was given the number 10 shirt after Willian, who wore the number the previous season, departed in the offseason to Arsenal. Pulisic returned to training on September 9 following the hamstring injury he suffered in the FA Cup Final in August, although Lampard kept him off the squad for the season opener against Brighton after experiencing some discomfort later in the week.

Frank Lampard: Christian Pulisic Deserved The No.10 Chelsea Shirt

Pulisic made his season debut on October 3, entering as a substitute late in a 4–0 win over Crystal Palace. He made his first Premier League start of the season on October 17, a 3–3 draw against Southampton. On October 28, Pulisic came off the bench to score a 90th-minute goal in a 4–0 Champions League away win against Krasnodar. With his 93rd-minute goal for Chelsea against rivals Leeds United on December 5, Pulisic became the fastest American to reach 10 goals in the Premier League.

On April 3, 2021, Pulisic scored the opening goal in a 2–5 home league defeat to West Bromwich Albion. A week later, Pulisic scored a double against Crystal Palace in a 4–1 victory at Selhurst Park. On April 27, Pulisic scored Chelsea’s only goal in a 1–1 away draw against Real Madrid in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final tie, becoming the youngest Chelsea player and first American to score in the Champions League semi-finals. In the return match at Stamford Bridge, Pulisic entered as a substitute and provided the assist for Mason Mount’s late goal to make it 2–0 and secure passage to the final.

SI | Christian Pulisic Becomes First Male U.S. International to Play in UEFA Champions League Final

On May 29, Pulisic won his first Champions League after Chelsea won 1–0 against Manchester City in the final at the Estádio do Dragão in Porto, becoming the first American to play in a UEFA Champions League Final and the second American to win it after Jovan Kirovski in 1997 with Borussia Dortmund.

On June 6, 2021, Pulisic captained the United States national team to a 3–2 victory in the first-ever CONCACAF Nations League final against Mexico, scoring the winning goal by converting a penalty in the 114th minute. This marked Pulisic’s first international trophy with the first team and the end of a season that saw him win silverware with club and country.

Sorare NFT Wonderkid Spotlight | Mason Mount

Welcome to my weekly Wonderkid Spotlight — Where, for you, I provide information and highlight European Football’s top Wonderkids [Emerging talented players, whose excellence in his discipline is appropriate to someone older and more experienced, who are most likely to produce positive results on the field in the present and future (Causing a rise in popularity, fan interest, and Sorare NFT Value as a result of their demonstrated prowess on the field.)] and are primed for you to direct your attention and Sorare NFT Funds towards.

Our 44th Wonderkid is the leading Chelsea academy product who made incredible leaps and bounds for his home club and country during the 2020-21 season, deemed ‘untouchable’ by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano for good reason… Mason Mount!

Introduction: (Source: Wiki)

Mason Mount was born in Portsmouth, Hampshire. As a child, Mount played locally for Boarhunt Rovers and United Services Portsmouth. In 2003, at age 4, he spent one day a week training in the academies at Portsmouth and Chelsea. Citing Frank Lampard, Luka Modrić and Andrés Iniesta as his favourite players, Mount eventually joined Chelsea in 2005 at the age of 6.

At age 18, Mount was promoted to Chelsea’s senior team; he previously debuted for the club’s under-18 team in 2014, at age 15, and also appeared consistently for the club’s under-21 team by 2016. Mount scored 10 goals in 30 games in the club’s victorious 2016–17 U18 Premier League campaign. Mount also won two FA Youth Cups, the UEFA Youth League, and Chelsea Academy Player of the Year by 2017.

Mount joined Dutch Eredivisie club Vitesse on July 24, 2017 on a season-long loan. He made his first-team debut on August 26, as a 77th-minute substitute during Vitesse’s 2–1 home defeat against AZ. The following month, he was given his first start in Vitesse’s KNVB Cup first-round defeat away to fifth-tier team Swift, playing the full 90 minutes of the 0–0 draw, which Swift won in a penalty shoot-out. He scored his first goal for Vitesse on October 1 in the 76th minute of a 1–1 home draw with Utrecht. Mount went onto appear in the Eredivisie Team of the Year and won Vitesse Player of the Year.

During Vitesse’s Eredivisie European play-off semi-final first leg against ADO Den Haag on 9 May 2018, Mount scored his first hat-trick, as Vitesse won 5–2 away. In the second leg, Mount scored in a 2–1 win as Vitesse won 7–3 on aggregate. In the first leg of the final against Utrecht, Mount opened the scoring, but was booked and therefore suspended for the second leg. Mount made 39 appearances in all competitions for Vitesse, scoring 14 times, before returning to Chelsea.

Mason Mount At Derby: A ‘Wise’ Head, A Joker, And The Rise Of A World-Class Talent

Mount joined Championship club Derby County on July 17, 2018 on a season-long loan. He scored a 60th-minute equaliser on his debut for Derby on 3 August 2018, during a 2–1 away victory over Reading.

Mount was sidelined for two months after suffering a hamstring injury in a FA Cup game against Accrington Stanley. He returned in a 6–1 win over Rotherham United, winning a penalty for teammate Martyn Waghorn and later scoring. Two weeks later, he scored his second senior hat-trick in a 4–0 Championship league game against Bolton Wanderers, keeping Derby in contention for the promotion playoff.

On July 15, 2019, Mount signed a new five-year contract with Chelsea. He made his competitive debut for the club on August 11, 2019 in a 0–4 away defeat to Manchester United in the Premier League. Mount scored his first Chelsea goal a week later against Leicester City during Frank Lampard’s home debut as manager at Stamford Bridge, a 1–1 draw, and added another in the next game away to Norwich City.

On July 22, 2020, Mason Mount became the first Chelsea Academy graduate to make his first team debut and complete 50 appearances in the same season. On the final day of the 2019–20 Premier League season in a 2–0 victory against Wolves, Mount scored the first goal from a free kick and assisted Olivier Giroud for the second goal to help Chelsea secure a place in the 2020–21 UEFA Champions League.

Mount started the 2020–21 season well, as he featured in all Chelsea matches including the one against Barnsley in the third round of the EFL Cup on 23 September, which ended in a 6–0 win at home. Three days later on September 26, Mount scored his first goal of the season against West Bromwich Albion in a 3–3 away draw. He scored in back-to-back games in January, first in a 4–0 win at Morecambe in the third round of the FA Cup and then away to Fulham in a 1–0 Premier League victory. On January 24, 2021, Mount captained Chelsea for the first time at the age of 21 in a 3–1 win at home over Luton Town in the FA Cup.

On March 4, Mount scored the only goal in a 1–0 away league win over Liverpool, handing the Reds their fifth consecutive league defeat at Anfield for the first time in their history.

Mount scored his first goal in European football in Chelsea’s 2–0 win over Porto in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final on April 7, becoming the youngest Chelsea player to score in the Champions League knockout stage.

On April 27, Mount marked his 100th appearance for Chelsea in a 1–1 away draw against Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-final first leg. In the second leg in London on May 5, Mount scored the second goal in a 2–0 win over Real Madrid, which helped Chelsea advance to the Champions League Final 3–1 on aggregate.

The Proof Mason Mount Is So Much More Than ‘Teacher’s Pet’

Early in the 2020-21 season, Mount’s presence in the Chelsea and England starting line-ups was alleged by fans and media to be because of favouritism by respective team managers, Lampard and Gareth Southgate. These doubts were allayed after Thomas Tuchel acknowledged Chelsea’s growing reliance on Mount calling him “crucial for our game” and “an absolutely key player” and endorsed him as one of the best players in Europe. On May 18, Mount was voted as Chelsea’s Player of the Year.

On May 29, 2021, Mason Mount provided the assist for Kai Havertz’s goal, as Chelsea won 1–0 against Manchester City in the 2020-21 Champions League final to win the CL trophy for the second time in their history, and Mount’s first trophy with the club.

Our 43rd Wonderkid is the 19-year-old Ivorian ‘prodigy’ winger for Manchester United who’s been tipped to “win the Ballon d’Or in five years”… Amad Diallo!

Introduction: (Source: Wiki)

Born in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, Amad Diallo emigrated to Italy at a young age. He began his footballing career at Boca Barco’s youth team in September 2014, where he impressed at a Christmas tournament the same year; he was the tournament’s top goalscorer and the youngest on the field. Diallo was officially registered to Boca Barco on January 14, 2015.

With a number of Serie A clubs being interested in him while at Boca Barco, Diallo moved to Atalanta in 2015. While initially assigned to the Campionato Giovanissimi Regionali Professionisti – the under-14 championship of Italy – during the 2015–16 season, Diallo quickly moved to the Campionato Giovanissimi Nazionali, the under-15 championship. With the Atalanta Primavera, Diallo played in the Final Eight, scoring against Roma in the final and helping his side win the league title.

During the 2016–17 season, Diallo played for the under-15 side, before moving up to the under-17 side in 2017–18, where he scored 12 goals in 27 appearances in the Campionato Nazionale Under-17. In 2018–19, Diallo scored 12 goals and made seven assists in 16 under-17 games, before moving up to the under-19 championship, registering six goals and six assists in 26 games in the Campionato Primavera 1. Amad Diallo won the 2018–19 season with Atalanta.

In 2019, Diallo won the Supercoppa Primavera, providing both assists in the club’s 2–1 victory over Fiorentina. He scored six goals and made six assists in 25 league games, helping Atalanta win the Campionato Primavera 1 in 2019–20 for a second successive season.

Completing his journey through Atalanta’s youth system, Amad Diallo made his Serie A debut on October 27, 2019, entering from the bench on the 79th minute against Udinese; he scored his first goal for Atalanta four minutes later in the club’s 7–1 home win. In doing so, Amad Diallo became the first player born in 2002 to score in the Italian top flight.

On October 5, 2020, Manchester United agreed to sign Diallo in January 2021, pending the agreement of personal terms, passing a medical and the issue of a work permit. The reported fee was of $30 million – $47 million including bonuses. Diallo officially joined Manchester United on January 7, 2021, on a five-year contract with the option of an extra year.
